Everyone can contribute through personal roles, team roles, helping roles, creative roles, leadership roles, and future vocational roles.

Contribution begins with being needed.

Students build responsibility by helping with real work: caring for shared spaces, preparing materials, helping classmates, planning activities, making choices, solving problems, serving others, and completing tasks that matter to the community.

Strengths become roles.

Interests and abilities can grow into leadership, service, recreation, volunteer work, and future employment. Support is provided when needed, but the contribution belongs to the student.

Every student has something valuable to contribute.
