Brooks Therapeutic Academy is being created for students who need more than a traditional classroom can provide — students with complex learning, communication, medical, physical, sensory, and regulation needs who deserve an educational setting designed around them.
Our vision is to provide individualized education, integrated therapy, functional academics, life skills instruction, regulation support, and whole-child care in a setting where students are known, supported, and valued.
Before there was Brooks Therapeutic Academy, there was a little boy named Alvin Lee Brooks. His life continues to shape the heart of this work.
We are currently building programs, partnerships, policies, and community support as we work toward creating a place where students with disabilities can learn, grow, belong, and become as independent as possible.
