Build a school where disciplines work together
Brooks is not currently accepting applications. As we move toward a Fall 2027 opening, we expect to recruit professionals and support staff who want to build a school—and a workplace—where people are valued.
Why work at Brooks?
Our employees will be vital members of the community we are building. Brooks plans to pair competitive salaries and generous benefits with something equally important: respect for people’s time, families, mental health, expertise, and life outside of work.
A collaborative team shares responsibility, solves problems together, and makes room for each discipline’s expertise.
Workloads and expectations will be designed to reduce unnecessary after-hours work and protect time away.
The balanced year-round schedule creates regular restorative breaks and meaningful time with family throughout the year.
Brooks plans to support staff mental health, professional growth, connection, and long-term retention.
